Reporting PQRS on claims
1. Select a Reporting Group - Getting Started With Measures Groups
2. Select 20 Patients that fall into that Reporting Group – Use Reporting available in your Practice Management System to Identify Patients that meet group requirements. Flag these charts to ensure PQRS reporting is completed when they are seen.
3. Complete the claim information for these patients - Example CMS 1500 Claim
